UpLucky is a pack shop. Each pack holds a fixed set of real products, and every one of them is listed with its price and its exact chance of dropping before you spend anything. You pick a pack, open it, and receive one of the products inside.

The contents of a pack, its opening price and the odds on every product are visible before you spend your balance, and none of it changes once you press the button. The draw itself is decided on our server: every product owns a slice of a field of one million tickets, and the width of that slice is its chance. The animation on screen only replays a result that already exists.

Everything that decides an outcome is published before you commit: the product list, the price and the odds. The draw is recorded in an append-only log together with a snapshot of the pack and the product, so a past opening cannot be rewritten after the fact.

Browse the packs from the Packs tab. Each one shows what is inside and the chance on every product. When you have found a pack you want and your balance covers its price, press open and watch the draw resolve.

Press the deposit button in the top right and pick a payment method. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own page, never on ours. You can top up again at any time from the same button.

A partner code credits a fixed amount to your balance once per account. Enter it in the deposit window or in the profile menu — if the code is valid and you have not used it before, the balance updates immediately.

Your balance is store credit denominated one-to-one in USD. It is the only unit packs are opened with. It is not a claim on money: it does not leave the platform as cash and it is not refundable.
